The Senate Judiciary Committee will hold an executive business meeting at 10:00 this morning, at which time one expects the committee to forward to the floor the nominations of state Judge Jacqueline H. Nguyen and United States Magistrate Judge Edward M. Chen to be United States District Judges for the Central District of California, and of Dolly M. Gee and United States Magistrate Judge Richard Seeborg to be to be United States District Judges for the Northern District of California.
In other news, President Obama nominated Professor Rosanna M. Peterson to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Washington.
