On August 6, the Senate confirmed Judge Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court.  President Obama also nominated two circuit and three district judges.  The updated league standings are below (also note that, because the list now includes one state and two United States magistrate judges, United States district and circuit judges are now designated appropriately):
