President Obama nominated Irene C. Berger and Roberto A. Lange to be United States District Judges for the Southern District of West Virginia and District of South Dakota, respectively.
The Senate Judiciary Committee has no executive business meeting tomorrow. Its hearing on the nomination of Judge Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court begins Monday.
